Please email our Registrar, Natalie Tomechak to receive your enrollment instructions.
In your email, please include the following:
- Student's name
- Student's date of birth
- Student's grade for 20-21
- Parent(s) names
- Home address
- Phone number to contact parent
- Email address to contact parent
- Does your student have an IEP/504?
- Name of last school attended
- Have you ever been enrolled in SMUSD?
**If you have multiple children, please submit the above information for each student.**
Upon confirmation that your home address (where the student resides) is within the Double Peak School boundary, Natalie will email you the registration information within 24 hours of receipt of your request. DPS is closed to transfers.
Children must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2020 to qualify for Kindergarten or between September 2, 2020 and December 2, 2020 to qualify for Transitional Kindergarten.
After school programs are not available for the current school year.
