Welcome to Ms. Danielson's 2nd Grade Class!
I look forward to teaching my students every year!
I am so happy to be teaching 2nd grade after being a first grade teacher for 23 years!  I have taught at 5 schools in San Marcos for over 3 decades.  I graduated from SDSU with my Bachelor's Degree and Teaching Credential, and earned my Master's Degree in Teaching in 2000.  I am passionate about  mentoring new teachers and I am the District Lead Coordinator for the SMUSD Induction Program for New Teachers.

I am enjoying a wonderful lifestyle living at Lake San Marcos!  I take every opportunity to go out for a ride on my boat "Recess Time" and I enjoy kayaking too! I have an adult son, who is joining the family business of education as an Elementary Teacher! Both my sisters and mother were teachers too! 
 I am excited to go to work everyday
because I have the best job in the world!
