All About The Teacher, Mrs. Livingston!
Welcome to the B.A.S.E. Program!
My name is Mrs. Caitlin Livingston and I am thrilled to be one of your child's teachers! I look forward to meeting you and your child during our educational journey.
Our focus is on Behavior, Academics, Social Skills, Executive Functioning in the least restrictive setting, keeping in mind each students unique and diverse needs.
This will be my 14th year teaching. I have taught in SMUSD for 6 years and was previously in Del Mar Union School District, and Hope School District in Santa Barbara, CA. I have a TK-6th grade Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and Educational Specialist Credentials for both Mild/Moderate and Moderate/Severe students. I have taught a variety of different classrooms from resource to functional skills.
I have 2 wonderful and wild children! Isabella will be in 7th grade at Double Peak School and Jayden will be in 3rd Grade at San Elijo Elementary School. My husband also works in the district as an assistant principal at San Marcos High School. We have a 2-year-old English Golden Retriever named Max who keeps us very active! Our family loves spending time together! On the weekends you will find us at the beach or swimming in our pool!
