Advanced Art is an elective for 8th grade students looking to deepen their artistic abilities and knowledge.  Students who wish to enroll in Advanced Art must first take Intro to Art in 7th grade as this course builds upon knowledge gained.  Students will work in various mediums and explore independent art projects that further develop individuality and creativity.  Advanced artists will have the opportunity to screen print, create using digital media, paint with acrylics, use the potter’s wheel, sew, sculpt with paper and found objects, among many other exciting mediums! I can’t wait to see the amazing projects you will create in this class!
