6 - 8: CJSF Information

CJSF is a statewide Honor Society for students in grades 7 and 8 with above average grades. Double Peak students who are CJSF members for 3 semesters receive a CJSF sticker on their certificate at our 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony.

The CJSF application windows are emailed to families and communicated to students in class in advance. The deadline for submission of the application is firm and set by our CJSF chapter. All applications are completed and submitted by students and no parent signature is needed.
Why join CJSF? The CJSF emphasizes high standards of scholarship and community service for California junior high school students. Founded in 1967, CJSF is part of CSF, the oldest scholarship institution in the state of California. Membership in CJSF/CSF is an excellent addition to future college applications and job resumes.
